We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Travel & Tourism
Danat Travels – United Arab Emirates
Danat Travels, a leading travel and tourism brand under Kuwait's JGulf Group, is growing its presence in the UAE — and we're seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive our expansion in this competitive, high-opportunity market.
The Role
Lead Danat Travels sales across the UAE — corporate travel, holiday and leisure packages, ticketing, and MICE — developing new business, key accounts, and a winning sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the UAE sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
Acquire and manage corporate and VIP clients across the Emirates
Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team
Develop relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and partners
Negotiate rates and contracts; deliver forecasts and reporting
Represent Danat Travels at exhibitions and industry events
What We're Looking For
5+ years sales experience in travel & tourism, incl. 5+ in a leadership role
Proven track record of achieving targets
Strong network within the UAE travel market (highly preferred)
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
Fluent Arabic & English
Valid UAE driving license
