About the Role
We're looking for a battle-tested Sales Manager to lead and scale the sales function for our high-ticket coaching program. You'll own the full sales operation from managing and developing our closers to driving revenue performance against ambitious targets. This is not an entry-level role. You know high-ticket, you've lived it, and you can coach others to close at the highest level.
What You'll Own
- Lead, manage, and performance-coach a team of high-ticket sales closers
- Own the sales pipeline from qualified lead to closed deal, ensuring high conversion rates across all stages
- Monitor daily KPIs, call activity, and close rates and hold the team accountable to them
- Run weekly team reviews, listen to call recordings, and deliver structured feedback
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and pipeline volume
- Refine and enforce the sales script, objection-handling framework, and follow-up sequences
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new closers when the team scales
- Report directly to founders with clear, data-driven performance updates
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 35 years closing or managing high-ticket sales ($5K$25K+ offers)
- Proven track record managing a sales team in a coaching, consulting, or info-product business
- Deep understanding of consultative selling and premium buyer psychology
- Strong call coaching ability you can listen to a call and immediately identify what cost the close
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking (Close CRM experience is a plus)
- Highly organised, data-driven, and proactive you don't wait to be told there's a problem
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where things change quickly
