Sales Manager - Dubai

This position has a fixed monthly payment based on your experience in the field.

The two must-have skills are being a fast-learner and having a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Fast Communication: You'll be responsible for answering all incoming messages in chat within 60 seconds during working hours. Providing answers to clients. You'll follow the SOPs and will guide clients through the sales process by ensuring they reach the deposit stage and eventually complete their purchases.
• CRM Management. You will be responsible for updating the CRM system to keep track of all client interactions, sales progress, and important notes.

Don't be overwhelmed, the onboarding process will be long and detailed. If you read this, remember the word mango.

We operate from 10 AM to 10 PM (Dubai Time), so you'll need to be available during these hours. You won't be working nonstop during this time, but you should be ready to answer clients asap during this time.

Requirements:

• An extremely stable internet connection
• An iPhone (any model that can support WhatsApp and Airtable) and a laptop
• A backup internet connection and backup power supply to ensure you can answer chats in any conditions
• Experience in luxury product is an advantage

This position has a three-month probation period; you'll be fully paid during that time, but the final hiring decision will be made after the three-month period.
