Up to AED 10,000/month + 5% Team Override + 60% Personal Commission

Riva Maison Real Estate is looking for an experienced Dubai Real Estate Sales Manager with an established team of agents ready to join RM.

We want someone who can bring a functioning team with existing clients, market knowledge, listings and the ability to start generating revenue immediately.

Sales Manager Package

• Up to AED 10,000 per month, based on experience, team strength and performance
• 5% commission override on your team's closed deals
• 60% commission on your own deals
• Company-generated leads
• Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle exposure
• Administrative and listing support
• Social media and content support
• Remote-first working structure

Your Team

You must bring an existing team of experienced Dubai real estate agents.

Agents joining RM will:

• Work on a commission-only basis
• Earn up to 70% commission, based on experience and performance
• Hold their own valid UAE visas
• Have existing clients, prospects and market relationships
• Be able to immediately add quality listings to Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle
• Be confident working the phones, prospecting owners and generating new business
• Conduct viewings, negotiate and close deals
• Be ready to start producing from day one

Working Structure

The role is remote-first, giving you flexibility to manage your team and business across Dubai.

However, strong face-to-face team management is compulsory.

Twice per week: You must meet your team in person at locations determined by you. These can include sales offices, developer offices, your team's target communities or other suitable working locations.

These sessions should be used for prospecting, pipeline reviews, working leads, developer meetings, viewings and filming property/social media content with RM's social media team.

Every Friday morning: All Sales Managers and their teams must attend the compulsory RM weekly meeting at our coworking space in Al Barsha.

The Friday meeting will review:

• Weekly achievements and commission generated
• Deals closed and current negotiations
• New listings and lead activity
• Individual and team performance against target
• Following week's pipeline and forecast
• Priorities and actions for the week ahead

Outside of these requirements, you and your team operate remotely.

Performance & Targets

This is a results-driven management position.

Both the Sales Manager and the team will have defined monthly commission targets which must be achieved.

You will be responsible for:

• Your own personal sales target
• Your team's overall commission target
• Agent activity and accountability
• Growing your team's listings
• Lead conversion
• Pipeline management
• Weekly forecasting
• Coaching and improving underperforming agents
• Recruiting additional quality agents where required

Performance at RM is measured by commission generated and deals closed.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:

• Strong Dubai real estate experience
• Previous sales/team management experience
• An existing team ready to move with you
• A proven record of closing Dubai property transactions
• Strong existing client and owner relationships
• Experience across secondary, rentals and/or off-plan
• Strong knowledge of Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle
• A target-driven management style
• The ability to get your team operational and generating business immediately
