Virtueaze Advanced Real Estate Digital Twin Technology

Virtueaze is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager (Contractual Position) to

represent our cutting-edge Digital Twin product in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who

already has strong connections in the real estate developer network.

Position: Sales Manager (Contractual)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: AED 15,000 20,000

Commission:15% 20% based on performance

Contract Duration: To be discussed

Type: Full-Time Contractual Role

What We're Looking For

We require a salesperson with existing strong connections with:

Real Estate Developers

Marketing Heads

Sales Heads

Top Decision Makers (CXOs)

This is not a beginner role, we need someone who can open doors immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Visit 23 developer offices daily to pitch Virtueaze's Digital Twin solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers.

Conduct cold calls, product demos, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Record short videos for communication and maintain a strong social media

presence.

Grow your personal brand on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.

Represent Virtueaze professionally in meetings and events.

Requirements

Sales experience in real estate or proptech within Dubai/GCC.

Strong existing network with developers and key stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Confident in cold calling and direct outreach.

Willingness to create self-recorded video content.

Active social media presence (LinkedIn/Instagram preferred).

Target-driven, professional, and self-motivated.
