We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives within the cross-border e-commerce logistics sector. This role is responsible for acquiring and onboarding large-scale e-commerce sellers, marketplaces, and brands while driving sustainable growth in international shipping volumes across key global markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise logistics sales, cross-border shipping solutions, and global e-commerce markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and onboard large e-commerce sellers, marketplaces, and brands requiring cross-border shipping and fulfillment solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase international shipping volumes and expand the enterprise client portfolio.
- Drive B2B sales efforts across key markets including China, India, Europe, and the GCC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Enterprise Sales & Negotiation
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures with enterprise-level clients.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
- Structure customized logistics solutions aligned with client requirements.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Identify new shipping lanes, trade corridors, and growth markets.
- Provide insights to refine sales strategies and commercial positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Support implementation and performance tracking for newly acquired clients.
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Prepare regular sales reports, revenue projections, and performance updates for management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics sales, cross-border logistics, or e-commerce shipping.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level B2B deals.
- Strong understanding of global e-commerce logistics models and cross-border shipping operations.
- Experience in international freight, last-mile delivery, fulfillment, and customs processes is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline management, revenue growth, and sales forecasting.
- Familiarity with key e-commerce markets and platforms across China, India, Europe, and the GCC.
- Established network within the e-commerce or logistics ecosystem is highly advantageous.
