Developing and executing targeted sales strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation through close monitoring, follow-up, and the timely collection of accounts receivables.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market scans to gather data on product pricing, specifications, distribution channels, and competitor offerings, in order to develop a position map for our brands, covering all aspects of the market.
Implement sales policies in practice.
Meet the specified sales targets within the given time-frame.
Ensure customer adherence to the set prices, preventing the sale of products below their actual cost or on credit terms that impacts the working capital cycle.
Attract new customers and penetrate new markets.
Ensure the timely collection of all accounts receivables.
Develop offers and products that meet customer needs, contribute to increasing sales, and enhance their loyalty to the company's brands.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7-10 Years of experience in home appliances sales in KSA is a must.
Built-in kitchen appliances OR kitchen appliances industry background is a must.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
