Sales Manager - Electronics and Home appliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

·       Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

·       Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

·       Age: Up to 45 years old

·       Nationality: Prefer: Indian

·       3+ years of experience in sales management within the electronics industry.

·       Sales and distribution in UAE: 5 years (Required)

·       Language: English (Required)

·       UAE Driving license (Required)
