We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, drive revenue, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. This role is ideal for a results-driven, organised, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in achieving targets while coaching and developing a high-performing team.
The Real Estate Sales Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring brokers, monitoring performance, maintaining CRM and listing systems, and supporting the Office Manager with reporting and process improvements. You will ensure the team meets revenue targets, maintains client satisfaction, and operates in alignment with company standards.
The Role:
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve targets
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide continuous feedback
Support onboarding and training of new brokers to ensure high performance
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture
Sales Operations & Management
Monitor sales pipelines and track team performance using the CRM
Ensure accurate recording of deals, client interactions, and listings
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management to support sales initiatives
Identify areas for improvement in processes, workflows, and team efficiency
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Support brokers in managing key client relationships and high-value deals
Ensure professional communication, timely follow-ups, and client satisfaction
Resolve escalated client issues in a prompt and professional manner
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices

Location & Compensation

Salary (basic): AED TBC per annum
