Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new profitable Facilities Management (FM) contracts in line with the company's growth strategy. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award while building high value partnerships with corporate and government clients.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and penetrate new market sectors and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, coordinating with technical estimators to prepare accurate proposals, pre-qualifications, and commercial offers
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms, maximizing profit margins while meeting client expectations for Hard and Soft services
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies and pricing models
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless contract mobilization and service delivery
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with our business objectives and address the unique needs of the facility management market
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and highlight our commitment to client success
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide a talented sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies, implementing best practices to optimize performance.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Hard and Soft Services, facility management services, trends, and customer needs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 510 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within the Facilities Management industry

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • High customer service orientation and responsiveness
