Job Purpose:
Lead sales activities and drive business growth within the security services sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
- MUST have previous experience in security guard services contracts / manpower
- Strong background in B2B sales and contract acquisition
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow client portfolio
- Secure new contracts in security services / manpower supply
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
