About the Role

Our client is a leading FMCG regulatory and scientific affairs consultancy, supporting manufacturers, brand owners, and exporters with market entry, compliance, product registration and certifications is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale the sales function, drive sustainable revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales team for the GCC Market. This role blends hands-on business development with people leadership, owning the full sales lifecycle from pipeline strategy and key accounts to forecasting, team coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage a small sales team and play a critical role in building predictable, recurring revenue through structured sales processes, leveraging opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Own and deliver the annual revenue target across new and existing clients
  • Drive structured pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion tracking
  • Increase recurring revenue through retainer and bundled service offerings
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
  • Oversee commercial proposals, pricing models, and high-value negotiations
  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage adherence to sales processes
  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Operation teams
  • Provide regular sales performance, pipeline, and market insight reports to management

Candidate Profile

  • Arabic-speaking sales leader with strong people-management capability
  • Background in FMCG or FMCG-related regulatory, compliance, or professional services. Preference for candidates with experience selling to products or services to Manufactures, Brand Owners, Traders in FMCG industry
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to acquire and grow accounts
  • Experience managing sales targets, pipelines, and forecasts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and technical teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field

  • 58+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of:
  • Meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets
  • Managing and coaching sales teams
  • Key account and enterprise client management
  • Selling retainer or recurring revenue-based services
