Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Expand customer base
- Maintain key accounts
- Monitor sales performance
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service
- Achieve company sales targets
- Report directly to top management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is a must,
- 8 YOE in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line as a sales representative
- Previous experience in a Freight Forwarding Company or Shipping Line is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, import/export, and logistics services
- Strong leadership skills
Existing customer portfolio is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies
- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
