Job Title: Sales Manager - General Industries

Location: Tagamo3, New Cairo

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager will lead and grow the General Industries sales business by achieving sales and profit targets, developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for General Industries.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage key accounts and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Support major sales opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Develop cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM, and sales reports.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, customer activity, and competitors.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Technical, Service, and Operations teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Support pricing, commercial negotiations, budgets, and annual sales plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong experience in General Industries, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical solutions.
• Proven experience in Sales Team Management.
• Strong background in Key Account Management and Business Development.
• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with steam, thermal, utility, or industrial solutions is an advantage.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Industry Background

• Experience in General Industries such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Manufacturing, Textile, Packaging, Chemicals, or similar sectors is preferred.
