Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Grid Properties off-plan sales strategy and consistently achieve (and exceed) your personal revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to booking, SPA signing and post-sale coordination
- Actively generate and convert business through:
- Direct clients and investors
- Broker and channel partner networks
- Referrals and personal pipelines
- Deliver compelling project presentations, site visits and virtual walkthroughs
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with:
- Top performing brokers
- High-net-worth and international investors
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert qualified leads into closed deals
- Stay ahead of the market by tracking:
- New launches and competitor projects
- Pricing movements, demand trends and buyer behaviour
- Regulatory and compliance updates
- Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms and internal coordination for a smooth handover and exceptional client experience
- Represent Grid Properties at exhibitions, roadshows and industry events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably in off-plan developments
- A strong closer with a verifiable sales track record
- Bilingual English plus one additional language
- (Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian or any other European language is highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Solid understanding of:
- UAE property regulations
- Buyer and investor profiles
- Broker-driven sales models
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-driven, disciplined and able to operate independently
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
