Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a sales Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to expand the business. Day-to-day tasks will include managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including setting and meeting sales targets, team leadership, and client relationship building
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and understanding sales-related tools
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience at least 5 years in the chocolate and sweet field.
