Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, target potential customers, and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer base
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeated business
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Market Analysis and Planning:
Continuously monitor and identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to meet changing market conditions
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the hand tools and trading sector.
Academic Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in medicine or Pharmaceutical Science.
Degrees in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Professional Experience Required
Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in sales and business development roles in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the specialty drugs ex. Oncology, biologicals, orphan drugs....ete.
Strong understanding of the Egyptian market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances
Experience in managing a sales team and driving their performance to achieve sales targets.
