Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients within the oil & gas, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
- Identify client workforce requirements and promote HR outsourcing, recruitment, and technical staffing solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through business development activities, meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored workforce and outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, contracts, and conduct business negotiations.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor contract performance and support timely collection of payments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify business opportunities and improve service offerings.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in HR outsourcing, staffing, recruitment services, manpower supply, or technical workforce solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to the oil & gas, engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record in key account management, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of HR outsourcing processes, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Strong presentation, proposal development, and client engagement skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel as required.
