As the Sales Manager, you will lead the company's sales and business development efforts, with a strong focus on generating revenue, expanding the client network, and successfully converting leads into signed projects. You will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation through project award and completion.
The role requires an experienced sales professional with an established network and database of potential clients within the interior design, architecture, luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. You will act as a key representative of the company, ensuring exceptional client service while driving profitability, brand visibility, and long-term business growth.
In addition to sales responsibilities, you will oversee CRM management, reporting, sales strategies, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and client satisfaction throughout the entire process.

MAIN SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITES
Sales & Business Development
• Lead and manage all sales and business development activities for the company.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase company revenue and market presence.
• Utilize existing industry relationships, professional networks, and client databases to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify, target, and secure new clients within luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and high-end interior design sectors.
• Manage and convert inbound, outbound, and existing leads into successful sales opportunities and signed contracts.
• Actively pursue new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, industry contacts, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and direct clients.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation, closing, and project handover.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPI's.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, consultations, and site visits as required.
• Ensure a high standard of client communication and relationship management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

CRM, Sales Reporting & Performance Management
• Oversee and manage the CRM system to optimize lead management, sales tracking, reporting, and client communication processes.
• Ensure CRM records are consistently updated with accurate client information, meeting notes, project status, and sales progress.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Track sales performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline activity to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead weekly sales meetings with management to review performance, opportunities, priorities, and targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, client retention, and operational efficiency

Proposals & Contracts
• Create, review, negotiate, and manage proposals, quotations, contracts, terms and conditions, and project variations.
• Oversee the commercial process from proposal preparation through contract signing and project commencement.
• Coordinate internally with design, operations, and administration teams to ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly communicated.
• Ensure all signed contracts and project documentation are properly organized and stored within company systems and CRM platforms.

Professional Development, Networking & Brand Representation
• Represent the company in a speaking, presenting, or panel participation capacity during industry events and public engagements to promote company services and expertise.
• Actively strengthen and expand professional networks within the interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, and construction industries.
• Research and maintain strong understanding of local and regional markets, industry trends, architecture, materials, suppliers, and luxury design standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities for company growth, partnerships, and market expansion.

Team Collaboration & Group Representation
• Identify opportunities to introduce, promote, and support other businesses or departments within the group whenever appropriate, always prioritizing the overall success and growth of the group.
• Work closely with the Studio Director, Studio Management, Design Team, Marketing Team, and Administration Team to align sales objectives with company operations and project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, content direction, and lead generation strategies.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of social media platforms, branding, and marketing strategies to support business growth and visibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues across all company brands and divisions while ensuring external opportunities are managed professionally and through the appropriate management channels.
Requirements
Technical skills & Requirements:
• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), reporting systems, and social media platforms.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales management, business development, or commercial leadership within the interior design, architecture, luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
• Client Network: Existing database and network of industry contacts, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and potential clients is highly preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, commercial awareness, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel when required for client meetings, project visits, networking events, exhibitions, speaking engagements, and other business activities across the UAE, GCC region, and internationally
• Driving License & Vehicle: A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
