Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 5 sales professionals.
Oversee daily sales floor operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Track team performance and drive achievement of revenue targets.
Manage CRM reporting and lead tracking for accurate data insights.
Analyze key sales metrics to suggest and implement growth strategies.
Coordinate effectively with back-office, external partners, and senior management.
Recruit, train, and inspire team members when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance broking or agency operations within the UAE.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Excel, and insurance analytics.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
UAE visa holders preferred (spouse or own visa ideal).
