Sales Manager

We seek an enthusiastic and sales-driven Career Counsellor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through our program offerings while meeting enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective students about IAA's aviation training programs and career paths
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrollment goals
• Represent IAA at educational events, career fairs, and industry functions
• Build and maintain relationships with potential students and industry partners
• Create compelling presentations about IAA's programs and their benefits
• Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Aviation enthusiast with a deep interest in the aviation industry
• Based in the UAE - this is a full-time, on-site position
• The sales-driven mindset with demonstrated experience in education sales or similar field
• Excellent communication skills - English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
• Proactive and ambitious - a go-getter with the will to make an impact
• Strong understanding of the aviation training landscape and career opportunities
• Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective students and their families
