Sales Manager Interior Design & Fit-Out (Urgent)
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (with UAE Driving License) to join our growing Interior Design & Fit-Out company. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (residential & commercial projects)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Direct Sales report and update to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of sales experience in Interior Design / Fit-Out industry (UAE experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
