A leading luxury furniture and interiors brand is strengthening its B2B sales leadership team and is hiring Senior Sales Managers to support growth across large-scale hospitality, institutional, and property development projects.
This is a senior, client-facing role focused on project-based, specification-led sales, managing long-cycle opportunities from early engagement through contract award and delivery coordination.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients, consultants, designers, and procurement teams. The role requires a deep understanding of contract furniture and FF&E sales, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to navigate complex procurement and tendering processes.
Multiple positions are available, each aligned to specific project portfolios and client groups.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
- Build, manage, and expand senior-level relationships with developers, hospitality operators, institutional clients, consultants, and design firms
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across the full sales cycle
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and long-term opportunities through proactive market engagement
Project & Specification Sales
- Drive early-stage engagement to secure product specifications and inclusion in FF&E packages
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to influence product selection
- Lead project discussions from initial concept alignment through commercial closure
Commercial & Contract Management
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract terms
- Lead negotiations on pricing, scope, timelines, and commercial conditions
- Ensure projects are commercially viable and aligned with company margin expectations
Internal Coordination & Delivery Support
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated
- Monitor project timelines, approvals, and delivery milestones to support successful execution
- Address issues proactively to minimize risk and maintain client satisfaction
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client developments to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- 810 years of B2B sales experience in contract furniture, FF&E, interiors, or related building products
- Proven experience managing large-scale, project-based sales and long sales cycles
- Strong understanding of specification-led selling, tendering, and procurement processes
- Established industry network within hospitality, institutional, or developer environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex, high-value contracts
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Professional, confident, and credible senior client-facing presence
