- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyse sales results.

- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and training.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and key accounts when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Work closely with management and other departments to improve sales and business performance.
- Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.
