About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Managerto join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets preferably in Forex brokerage firm with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies
• Promote trading products and services to clients
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Provide professional support and market insights to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial markets / brokerage industry
• Must have an existing client portfolio (mandatory)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Chinese and Russian speakers are highly encouraged to apply
