Sales Manager

A Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their Riyadh office.

Key aspects of the role included:

• Lead and execute sales strategies for the assigned products.
• Drive sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree. An advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of pharma sales experience in Riyadh.
• Must have specialty care experience (Oncology/Endocrinology/Immunosuppresents/ Hematology, etc.)
• Prior experience as a Sales Manager in KSA is essential.
• Team management experience is a must.
