We're looking for an International Sales Manager to lead, scale, and drive revenue growth by managing sales teams, executing strategic plans, and aligning closely with marketing to maximize lead conversion.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Build and execute strategic sales and business development plans
- Oversee reporting, KPIs, pipeline quality, and CRM performance
- Hire, train, and develop top sales talent
- Drive market expansion, events revenue & new opportunities
- Ensure compliance, quality standards & strong customer relationships
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation & strategic planning skills
- Solid understanding of CRM, reporting, and market analysis
- Target-driven mindset with excellent people management skills
