About the Role:
Our Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth while building long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 610 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Work Location & Schedule:
Location: Riyadh
Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
