Tasks
What you'll do:
- Develop the Sales in the Middle East region and its surroundings
- Be the focal point of contact for customer requests
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Create and execute detailed customer insights and marketing plans
- Create and manage sales reports as well as develop KPIs
- Manage account and customer service
- Calculate and prepare repair quotes
- Develop (Key) Customers accounts
- Prepare budgeting and customer revenue development
- Identify potential improvements and initiate benchmarking for revenues optimization
- Analyze and perform profit and cost evaluation
- Ensure contracted service performance, identify improvements and cost reduction potentials
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and adjustments
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Anticipate special customer requests and participating in Projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience is required (desirably in aviation)
- Fluent in English extra language added advantage
- Practical experience in sales, preferably of aviation products
- Knowledge in composite parts and/or other comparable aviation products
- Vast knowledge and understanding of the regional business and aviation culture
- Ideally possess concrete networks in the Middle East market
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Able to demonstrate strong research and organizational skills
- Team player with a collaborative and strategic mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proactive and innovative
- Willing to travel abroad
- IT proficiency esp. MS Office
