Summary
The Sales Manager (Consortia) is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening the hotel's positioning within the luxury travel market through the effective management of consortia, preferred partner, and luxury travel agency relationships. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and maximizing room night production from key luxury travel networks while ensuring alignment with the hotel's commercial objectives and brand standards. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and operational teams, the Sales Manager (Consortia) plays a key role in enhancing market presence, promoting the hotel's unique offerings, and delivering long-term business success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience within luxury hotels, with proven exposure to consortia, luxury leisure, or preferred partner segments.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel networks and other preferred partnership programs.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and business planning capabilities with proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and account management.
