We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager- Manpower Services on behalf of our client, to be based in their Abu Dhabi office.
Purpose-
Sales Manager with a strong background in selling manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions within the Abu Dhabi region. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, established client relationships, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the manpower, staffing, or workforce solutions industry. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
Responsibility-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Abu Dhabi region.
- Identify new business opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, facilities management, hospitality, retail, and government entities.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring successful contract closures.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and manpower service agreements in line with company standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and HR managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.
- Understand client manpower demands, service requirements, and workforce challenges to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and manpower needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding business opportunities and potential sectors for growth.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi-specific regulations and requirements related to manpower outsourcing.
- Work closely with internal recruitment, operations, and HR teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower to clients.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, collections, and ensuring client accounts are up to date.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, tender submissions, and client-specific proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 510 years of experience in sales within the manpower outsourcing / staffing / recruitment industry.
- Strong network in Abu Dhabi with established relationships in government, semi-government, and private sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large manpower contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
