We're Hiring I Sales Manager Events & Exhibitions

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / MaSs Production (Saudi)

MaSs Production, a leadingevents, exhibitions, and production company, is expanding in Saudi Arabia and is looking for adynamic and driven Sales Managerto join our Riyadh team.

If you are passionate about events, confident in client engagement, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales activities of the company and carry out direct sales strategies to major projects of the company. Candidate should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • LeadB2B salesfor events, exhibitions, production, and contracting services.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities acrosscorporate, government, and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, venues, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and commercial offers in coordination with operations and production teams.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with clear reporting.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with management on sales strategy and pricing.

Requirements

  • 25 years of proven sales experiencein events, exhibitions, production, or marketing agencies (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding ofexhibition contracting, booth production, fabrication, branding, and event management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Existingclient network in KSAis a strong advantage.
  • MS Office skills proficiency
  • Valid KSA driving license is preferred.
