Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jubail. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales for mechanical seals and rotary equipment, including developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role requires effective communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management related to mechanical seals or rotary equipment.
• Technical understanding of mechanical seals, rotary equipment, and their industrial applications.
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and client engagement.
• Proven ability to create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Capability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
• Experience in the Saudi market or industrial sector is advantageous.
