Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to join our agency and lead the charge in driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for the media and advertising world and a track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

- Acquire & Grow: Identify and acquire new clients to drive revenue while managing and expanding our existing accounts.

- Lead the Pitch: Head up client meetings, deliver compelling pitches, and oversee proposal development.

- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.

- Hit the Target: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

- Innovate: Constantly explore new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 4–7 years in sales, specifically within advertising, marketing, or media agencies.

- Drive: A proactive mindset with a hunger for business development.

- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
