MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

- Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
- LV & MV instrument transformers
- LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 10–15 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong background in the sales of:
- Power Transformers
- Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear
- Solid experience working with EPC contractors (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Previous managerial experience with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the sales team.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to senior management.
