Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Manager - Real Estate to support both our exclusive secondary assets and our upcoming off-plan development launches.

This role provides exposure to developer-side sales, structured operations, and direct interaction with real projects managed and developed by Merath.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and client engagements for exclusive secondary properties
  • Support sales and marketing activities for upcoming Merath development projects
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and client briefings
  • Maintain CRM discipline and manage follow-up pipelines
  • Work closely with project management, marketing, and development teams
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, availability sheets, and project documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UAE real estate experience (developer preferred)
  • Experience in secondary or off-plan sales

Compensation: Base Salary + Attractive Commission Structure
