Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)
Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, channel and retail partners across
KSA.
- Negotiate commercial terms, listings, product allocations, and price positioning.
- Ensure product availability, channel profitability, and commercial compliance.
- Own and drive sell thru, sell-out performance across all assigned partners.
- Monitor weekly sell-out, stock levels, pricing compliance, and sell-through efficiency.
- Plan and activate tactical programs (promotions, incentives, bundling, campaigns).
- Oversee retail execution retailer, and electronics chains.
- Ensure best-in-class shelf presence, planograms, and merchandising standards.
- Lead promoter/field force performance: hiring, training, KPIs, incentives.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and competitive movements.
- Identify new channel opportunities (e-commerce, telecom partners, regional chains).
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategy.
- Support local product planning and GTM activities for new model launches.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting and monthly sales tracking.
- Deliver structured reports on KPIs: revenue, sell-in/out, shares, pricing, and market
insights.
- Ensure smooth communication between KSA market, MEA team, and HQ.
- Manage carrier customer relationship management (CRM) and the full process of bidding,
negotiation and contract signing.
Requirements
- 37 years experience in mobile / consumer electronics sales in KSA
- Strong understanding of KSA telecom and retail ecosystem.
- Exposure to other GCC markets would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in account management and sell-out growth.
- Experience managing field promoters or retail operations is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
