Sales Manager – BFSI (UAE & Kuwait)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the BFSI sector to oversee our operations in the UAE and Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the banking and financial services industry, with a proven ability to drive growth and build relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals in the BFSI sector across UAE and Kuwait.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the banking and financial services industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to enhance performance and achieve targets.
• Conduct market research to assess customer needs and preferences, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in sales management within the BFSI sector, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
