Role & Responsibilities

  • To manage sales activity for the Board business with assigned territory to meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives.
  • Must have B2B sales experience.
  • Responsible for P&L accountabilities | management
  • Responsible for the sales activity in assigned territory for the Board business, meeting budget targets, sales allocation, sales operation & planning coordination, key customer relationship management, and customer services.
  • Develop good customer base to grow the Board business; manage the relationship with key customers.
  • Establish the sales forces based in key international markets; manage, motivate and develop the sales forces.
  • Drive the transformation from product sales to solution sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline. MBA preferred.
  • At least 8-10 years of successful commercial management experience in Board products or adjacent sectors along the packaging value chain proven record of accomplishment in the management of sizable commercial activities at the regional level. Strong understanding of packaging market dynamics, relevant product knowledge and customer needs.
  • Commercially well versed to manage B to B Business
  • Familiar with international trading terms and best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills. Good leadership and people management skills. Resilient; willing and able to be hands-on; good at numbers.
  • Proficient in English.
