Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry to lead sales and business development for our value-added distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the Middle East market, with strong relationships across consultants, system integrators, and key decision-makers. The role requires the ability to specify leading AV brands into projects, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, and end-users to specify AV brands into upcoming projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and wider GCC market.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to consultants during design and tender stages.
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to promote brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with the management and technical team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the AV industry within the Middle East.
  • Proven success in specifying AV brands with consultants and securing project inclusion.
  • Strong network of industry contacts across consultants, integrators, and key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, distribution models, and project lifecycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; CTS certification preferred.
