Role Description

As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You will take full ownership of both our telesales and field sales teams, ensuring they are aligned, motivated, and equipped to hit their targets. This is a remote leadership role that requires a highly organized, proactive professional who knows how to cultivate high-performing teams from a distance and generate high-quality leads across our entire portfolio of engineering and safety services.

Key Responsibilities * Team Leadership & Target Attainment: Directly manage, mentor, and motivate both the telesales and field sales teams to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • KPI Management: Establish and monitor rigorous performance metrics. Ensure the telesales team maintains high daily engagement, enforcing a strict KPI successfully answered/connected outbound calls per representative daily.
  • Comprehensive Lead Generation: Spearhead innovative outbound and inbound lead generation strategies to create a robust pipeline for all Nineti service lines (including safety consulting, fire protection systems, environmental compliance, and specialized risk assessments).
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute scalable sales strategies that bridge the gap between telesales (initial outreach/qualification) and field sales (closing complex deals).
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Oversee the daily use of our CRM, ensuring all team members accurately log activities, track leads, and maintain an organized pipeline. Provide weekly forecasting reports to executive leadership.
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop continuous training programs focused on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques tailored to the engineering and B2B consulting sector.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new market opportunities and refine our value proposition.

What We're Looking For * Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales management, ideally within engineering, safety consulting, or technical services.

  • Remote Leadership: Demonstrated experience successfully managing and scaling remote or distributed sales teams (both inside and outside sales).
  • Results-Oriented: A highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on metrics, KPIs, and revenue growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and present complex technical services clearly to high-level decision-makers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in modern CRM software, sales engagement platforms, and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Management, and Sales Strategies within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Proven track record of directly managing, mentoring, and scaling B2B sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating fully remote or distributed sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in generating outbound leads specifically for B2B service-based or consulting firms.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and close complex, high-value deals with multi-month sales cycles.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to enforce daily performance KPIs and leverage CRM tools for remote pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of engineering services, safety standards, and regulatory requirements is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
