Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager with deep knowledge of wood, aluminum, and stainless steel kitchen products. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, build relationships with clients (retail and B2B), and drive growth across local and regional markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for kitchen solutions
- Lead and train a team of sales representatives
- Identify and approach new business opportunities and key accounts
- Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams
- Stay current on market trends and competitor products
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of materials: wood, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
