Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the Saudi market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to potential customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements professionally
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality is a must
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
  • A strong background in SaaS sales is required
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and sales pipelines
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
