Job Title:Sales Manager

Location: UAE

Role Summary: The Sales Manager will lead retail sales performance for Omoda & Jaecoo across the UAE, ensuring showroom excellence, achieving sales targets, managing dealer networks, and supporting the launch and growth of new showrooms. This role balances strategic planning, daily retail operations, and dealer relationship management to maximize brand performance in a competitive automotive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement UAE retail sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure targets are met across dealer network and showrooms.
  • Monitor sales KPIs (conversion rates, lead-to-sale, average transaction value, customer satisfaction).

Showroom Operations

  • Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure compliance with Omoda & Jaecoo brand standards (facility, merchandising, customer experience).
  • Monitor showroom performance (footfall, test drives, conversion rates) and guide sales teams to improve results.
  • Provide coaching, training, and motivation to showroom sales consultants.

Network Development & Expansion

  • Oversee progress of new showroom openings timelines, readiness, facilities, staffing, and marketing launch activities.
  • Work with dealer partners to identify new locations and expansion opportunities.

Customer & Dealer Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with dealer principals and showroom managers.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure premium customer journey.
  • Collect customer insights and market intelligence to feedback into product/marketing teams.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the UAE market.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market share, and showroom progress to senior management.
  • Recommend commercial initiatives to increase market share and customer retention.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years proven experience in automotive retail sales management (OEM or major dealership group) in UAE.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple showrooms and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE automotive market, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
  • Experience in new showroom set-ups, dealer development, or network expansion projects will be advantageous .
  • Good leadership and people management skills (team coaching, performance management).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Analytical ability for sales forecasting, performance reporting, and market analysis.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to deliver premium brand experiences.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UAE for showroom visits and dealer meetings.
