Job Description: Sales Manager On Trade (Liquor Distribution)
Position Overview
The Sales Manager On Trade will be responsible for driving liquor sales within on-trade channels (bars, restaurants, clubs, lounges, hotels). The role requires strong market knowledge of UAE liquor distribution and the ability to develop high-impact sales strategies to capture and expand market share in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across on-trade channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with bar managers, F&B; directors, hotel chains, and club owners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
Manage pricing, promotions, and product visibility in collaboration with marketing.
* Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence for decision-making.
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely product delivery.
Train and mentor junior sales executives where applicable.
Requirements
* 58 years experience in liquor distribution sales, preferably with Dubai/Abu Dhabi companies like MMI or similar.
* Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in on-trade channels.
Strong network and relationships in the hospitality/F&B; sector.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage client portfolios, and handle high-pressure environments. Salary & Benefits
