Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will actively identify new client opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and develop sales strategies to expand the company's reach. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting customer outreach, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align on business strategies and understand market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in customer relationship management and client engagement
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets
• Skills in negotiation, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Basic knowledge of the personal protective equipment (PPE) industry or experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
