About the Role
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, Channel Partners and real estate agents/brokers.
- Represent Company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
10,000 to 12,000 AED fixed per month plus commission. Benefits include work visa, airfare tickets, and medical insurance.
