Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)

Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and Target for residential air conditioners across GCC markets, with UAE as the key focus.
  • Expand and manage multi-distributors sales and work together with distributor manage the sale networks (dealers, retailers, and installers).
  • Collect and consolidate accurate sales forecasts, sell-in and monitor sell-out performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand channel needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and joint marketing campaigns with key accounts.
  • Manage product display and visibility at retail stores and showrooms with multi parties
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor channel inventory with distributor and ensure healthy stock rotation and payment collection.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or Engineering-related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in RAC (Residential Air Conditioner)sales, preferably within GCC countries.
  • Proven experience in distributor and retail channel development; understanding of local RAC market dynamics.
  • Strong business sense, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action plans.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Based in Dubai, with frequent travel to GCC markets.
