About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the GCC and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Rail Transit, Infrastructure, EPC, or Engineering industry, with a strong track record in business development, strategic sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and manage relationships with clients, government entities, EPC contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tendering, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and project handover.
  • Drive business development across GCC and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales/business development within the Rail Transit, Infrastructure, EPC, Transportation, or Engineering sector.
  • At least 1 year of team management experience.
  • Experience in GCC and/or Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
