Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at JLRS Realestate, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and achieving targeted sales goals. The role includes overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with leadership to optimize sales performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong skills in team leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Sales Strategy and Market Analysis: Ability to develop effective sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and achieve sales targets within the real estate brokerage industry.
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation: Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships, along with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market, industry regulations, and trends.
- Educational Qualification and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant sales management experience, preferably in real estate, is required.
- Additional Skills: Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with sales tools and CRM software.
